Tonight’s Kentucky Sprint Nationals is cancelled.
A heavy shower hit the speedway grounds this afternoon and more are in the immediate vicinity of the track. After discussing the situation with High Limit officials, with severe storms, damaging winds, and heavy downpours forecasted for race time, it was agreed it is best to cancel now for the safety of the fans and teams.
