We are only one month away from the biggest weekend of the year, as the 44th Annual Sunoco Race Fuels North/South 100 presented by Lucas Oil weekend is set for Thursday-Saturday, August 6-8 at Florence Speedway. Once again, the race will pay a massive $75,000 to win, and an event high $3,500 to start. The feature purse is one of the biggest in the sport as it is in excess of $210,000. Over $325,000 in purse money will be up for grabs over the 3 days, making it one of the richest events in dirt racing! We will feature complete shows on both Thursday and Friday with each night capped off with two $6,000 to win features. These races will line up Saturday’s Heats, B-Mains, a $3,000 to win non-qualifier race and the Sunoco Race Fuels North/South 100! Plus, on Saturday, a big addition as we host the Ron and Madeleine Jerger Dash for Cash Presented by Cincinnati Investment Advisors, this, $5,000 to win, winner take all, Dash for Cash is certain to be a highlight of the weekend.ย
Last year, reserved seats sold out early the week of the race. This year, we expect an even earlier sell out as reserved seat sales are setting a record pace, with some sections already selling out. Two big changes for this year are the addition of a new section of seats on the backstretch(Section Z) with all new reserved seats available. Plus, the previously announced change of splitting up the seating chart by day, which opens up additional reserved seat availability on Thursday and Friday. The only way to guarantee yourself is a seat is to purchase your ticket and reserved seat before they are gone.ย
Discounted Advanced Two-Day and Three-Day Tickets are on sale now through July 31. After July 31, tickets will be sold for the full at the gate price.

The Official Host Hotel of Florence Speedway is the Hilton Cincinnati Airport, located at Exit 182 (Turfway Road) off I-75/71 in Florence, Kentucky. The Hilton Cincinnati Airport offers discounted rates to anyone attending the Sunoco North/South 100. Only a very limited number of rooms are still available. It is recommended that if you plan to get a hotel for the weekend, you do so soon, as, once the block sells out, no additional rooms will be available.
